the main site of the handke.scriptmania  serves as the gateway to the various dozen or more sub-sites whose links you will find below and which contain most of the significant material. this gate-way will serve, chiefly, as a NEWS site. Handke news has been dominated in 2006 by the third coming of the Handke-Yugoslavia [now also] Handke-Milosevics controversy.
